Using my ePortfolio, my goal is to showcase my skills and accomplishments while keeping my academic and professional work organized in one place. Setting up the account wasn't too hard as it seemed the set up was pretty straight forward just like signing up for any account. The real challenge stemmed from having to actually create the site. I was never very tech savvy neither did I know my way around a computer very well, but with the right tools and assistance, I was able to figure my way around these obstacles. I feel a lot more confident now, especially considering this would be my first time making a website. It's one of the first steps into establishing yourself as a professional in any field you may be practicing. With enough time and practice, my online and professional presence can be much stronger. This ePortfolio can help me stand out when applying for jobs and building a stronger professional image. I might wonder soon what exactly employers would want to see on an ePortfolio as well as how often I should update it.
